Real Estate for Your World - As a Northeast Florida native and lifetime resident, I have gained an intricate understanding of what this beautiful area, spanning Duval, St. Johns, and Nassau county, has to offer.

After graduating Lee High School, I went on to attend both Brenau College (Gainesville, GA) and University of Florida (Gainesville, FL), before earning my Broker's License in 1987 - from which I actively sold real estate for fifteen years. Though I ventured on a new path as a Court Program Specialist for the State of Florida Courts in Family Law, from 2002 until my retirement in 2014, I've since returned to the world of real estate.

Buying or selling a home is one of the most important milestones in someone's lifetime - so from working as a Site Agent for several Northeast Florida builders and managing commercial properties, to working in Relocation Management and Residential Sales, my experience will ensure that your real estate transaction goes very smoothly.

I have also made it my mission to stay informed on housing trends, market conditions, and new construction opportunities, while providing you with the utmost respect and hospitality to make sure you never have to "go it alone" during your home search. Contact me right away to start planning for your future! I look forward to hearing from you.
