Residents can leave the community by boat, travel through the Atlantic Intercoastal Waterway for about 10 minutes before playing on the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful homes sit amid 100+-year-old oak trees with plenty of green spaces in between. No one feels crowded here. And the beautiful spring-fed lagoon includes approximately seven miles of waterfront.

This championship course offers everything any golf lover could possibly want. Gorgeous water views. Exquisitely manicured greens. An 18-hole course designed by acclaimed golf course architect (and pro golfer) Mark McCumber. Putting and chipping greens. A full driving range. And much, much more.
Queens Harbor Marina
Five natural springs plus rain and groundwater feed the 125 acres of lagoon located in the Queens Harbor community. Even though the community itself is situated approximately 10 minutes from the ocean, the water in the lagoon is considered freshwater due to its incredibly low saltwater content. The marina consists of 60 slips with fixed concrete docks. It’s surveilled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by security. Non-residents may also keep their boats docked here in the marina. Slip rental fees are very competitive for the area. Non-residents pay slightly more for their slips than Queens Harbor residents.
A 110 foot long, 25-foot wide lock grants access to the Atlantic Intercoastal Waterway located just outside the community. The lock is manned by a helpful staff year-round. A 120-foot floating dock sits right outside the lock for anyone who wishes to leave or return outside of the lock’s operating hours. It has water and power for your convenience.
Queens Harbor Yacht Club
You don’t have to be a boat owner to be a yacht club member. The club is accessible via boat or car. They plan several community events throughout the year. Don’t be surprised to see trick-or-treating done by boat in October. And many boat owners decorate their vessels in brightly colored lights in early December. Then, they parade around the lagoon for residents to see.
The clubhouse itself hosts several club events throughout the year as well. The Newcomers Club introduces new members to the community. Card lovers might want to join the Bridge Club. Wine aficionados might love the Wine Club. The Garden Club’s main goal is to keep the Queens Harbor community beautiful.
