Real Estate Assistant

Seeking a high achiever Real Estate Assistant. Must be an organized, fast learner, with a thorough attention to detail and impeccable customer service skills. You’ll be coordinating a busy schedule of appointments and showings in addition to data base management. The ideal candidate is Self-motivated, dedicated, takes initiative to make the position better! Excellent communication skills (both oral & written), has above average computer skills and can communicate with a large variety of people effectively.

Responsibilities and Key Skills include but are not limited to:

  • Create & manage all systems for sellers, buyers
  • Client database management
  • Lead generation tracking
  • Calendar/ schedule management for yourself and for Lead Buyer Agent
  • Provide seller and Lead Buyer Agent feedback on showing
  • Confidently discover and record Buyer’s needs and wants
  • Attend home inspections
  • Final walk throughs and closings as assigned
  • Assist with Lead Generation as assigned
  • Prepare contracts and offers with Lead Buyer Agent supervision
  • Host Open House 1-2 times monthly
  • Flexible, and available to work weekends as needed
  • Must have taken FL State Real Estate Licensing class to be eligable
